Fuel.

Fuel prices affect general aviation pilots substantially. However, after analyzing the markets and oil supply and demand, I predict that gas prices will return to $3.00 a gallon within 60 days. You'll see. YOU'LL ALL SEE!

The Flying Dutchman is flying... on CRACK. $3 gas in 60 days? I'd place a substantial wager against that.

Global oil surpluses are creeping back up, SUV sales down, demand is loosening up a bit. Lower demand means lower prices. Barrel prices are artificially high right now due to oil futures speculation. You'll see.

I have heard that they may start creeping back down as soon as the Memorial weekend is over. I personally do not believe they will be going down that soon, since the oil futures are higher than what we are paying now, they will need to recoup that price. I foresee them dropping a bit, but if they get below $3.25 I will be surprised.

How sad to be excited about $3 a gallon gas, WOW.

I say drill the shit out of ANWAR, South Dakota, and the oceanic shelf(Hell every one else is hitting the shelf). There is a new bill being put together that is proposing these options again. I do not remember who is authoring it. But we need to get behind it. Even if it will take a while to take effect. We would currently be enjoying that sweet ANWAR oil our previous president so graciously denied us had we drilled back then.

I think Rush said that there was a bunch of House Republicans were going to start pushing a bill to allow drilling on the coasts and ANWAR.

Also Alaskan Governor is threatening to sue the federal government about the polar bears being put on the endangered species list.

But remember the laws against drilling in ANWAR is for the good of the children... and caribou... and caribou children.

Rush had a good discussion on this.

Also remember that drilling in ANWAR would have barely any negative effect on the natural environment or wildlife, and have NO permanent adverse effects after the drilling in a location is finished.
